Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be made 48 hours before the event.
• Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days will forfeit the deposit.
2. Equipment and Setup
• All equipment is provided and maintained by LAN Party in a Box.
• Equipment will be delivered and set up 1 hour before the event start time.
• Any damage to equipment during the event will be charged to the customer.
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.
3. Venue Requirements
• Venue must have adequate power supply (minimum 15A per station).
• Venue must have sufficient space for all equipment and players.
• Venue must be accessible for equipment delivery and setup.
• Venue must have proper ventilation and temperature control.
4. Player Conduct
• Players must be respectful to others and follow venue rules.
• No food or drinks near gaming equipment.
• No modifications to equipment or software.
• LAN Party in a Box reserves the right to remove disruptive players.
5. Technical Support
• Technical support is provided throughout the event.
• Support includes equipment setup, troubleshooting, and game configuration.
• Additional technical services may incur extra charges.
6. Liability
• LAN Party in a Box is insured for equipment damage and liability.
• Customers are responsible for any damage caused by negligence.
• We are not responsible for personal items or data loss.
7. Privacy
• We collect and store booking information securely.
• Information is used only for booking and communication purposes.
• We do not share customer information with third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
